For the 2019 season, the Lauzon Autosport team will be counting on two cars prepared by the famous GT Racing team in the prestigious Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada series presented by Yokohama! Pilots Patrick Dussault and Etienne Borgeat will have the task of leading both cars to the highest peaks.
This Canadian series is one of the 20 Porsche GT3 Cup championships in the world. The 2019 edition will feature 12 events taking place on five different circuits, including the prestigious Circuit Gilles Villeneuve at the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Canada (June 7-9, 2019)!
The 2019 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge has two categories in which various Porsche vehicles compete. The first, which is the highest, is the Platinum category, which includes only second-generation Porsche 911 GT3 Cups, such as those proudly ridden by Lauzon Autosport this season. Then comes the Gold category, consisting of the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup based on the first-generation Porsche 911 991.
